Patna: A senior official of Bihar agriculture department was arrested on Friday by State Vigilance Bureau while accepting graft of rupees five thousand from a fertiliser dealer in Bihar’s Katihar district, ADG (vigilance) Neelmani said. Rambachan Singh, Katihar district agriculture extension officer, was caught red-handed while accepting the money from the dealer Kailash Prasad Roongta at his residence in Katihar town, Mr. Neelmani said.
