Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Government has decided to install computers in 2,500 schools in the State under the information and communications technology scheme. “Under the scheme, about 2,500 government and government aided secondary schools would receive a financial aid of Rs. 6.70 lakh,” Principal Secretary Secondary Education AK Mishra said here on Friday. The students, undergoing computer training, would not be charged anything, he added.
