Panel to look into pay for councillors

NEW DELHI: The Municipal Corporation of Delhi has decided to form a five-member committee to look into the issue of raising remunerative pay-offs to councillors. The panel will be headed by MCD Standing Committee deputy chairman Yogender Chandolia. Other members are Rajni Abbey, Mool Chand Chawla, Usha Mehta and Krishna Murari Jatav.
