Thiruvananthapuram: The Biotechnology Board and Commission have been reorganised for implementing the biotechnology policy effectively. The Chief Minister is the chairman of the reconstituted Board. The Ministers for Industry, Agriculture and Health, the Vice-Chairman of the Planning Board, the Chief Secretary and Joseph Thomas, M. Vijayan, K.K. Narayanan and K.O.
