Telangana Congress leaders criticise Moily comments

HYDERABAD: A section of Telangana Congress leaders sprang a surprise on Friday claiming that the statement by AICC general secretary M. Veerappa Moily that a second States Reorganisation Commission would be constituted was not official.

K. R. Amos, newly-appointed convenor of the group of Telangana Congress leaders, and Palvai Goverdhan Reddy, Member of the Telangana Regional Congress Coordination Committee, maintained that the high command was yet to issue an official statement about it.

Mr. Amos said that the decision on constituting the SRC was too late.
