Job scheme to start in April

TIRUCHI: National Rural Employment Guarantee (NREG) scheme would be implemented in all 408 village panchayats under the 14 panchayat unions in the district from April 1, 2008. Under the scheme, rural persons over 18 years would be assured of 100 days of employment.
