AIMSS demands security for women

BANGALORE: In the wake of increasing crime against women in the country, the All India Mahila Samskruthika Sangathane (AIMSS) has demanded that the Government ensure security for all women.

The Government should initiate action against those who perpetrate crime against women and also ensure women their livelihood, AIMSS general secretary Jayalakshmi told presspersons here on Thursday. “The present state of security for women is better untold. Instances of crime against women are on the rise.”
