Tuticorin: Inspector General of Police G.T. Radhakrishnan inaugurated Home Guards Day in the district here on Saturday.
Home Guards men, along with school students, demonstrated fire fighting and rescue techniques. The exercise started with a display of fire extinguishing techniques.
