Man held for thefts

NEW DELHI: A 26-year-old man has been arrested by the Crime Branch of the Delhi police for alleged involvement in several cases of theft.

Acting on a tip-off, a Crime Branch team laid a trap near Hanuman Mandir in Yamuna Bazar over the weekend and arrested Kabir Sheikh. A loaded country-made pistol and a live cartridge were allegedly seized from his possession.
