Tributes paid to Swami Vivekananda

NEW DELHI: Delhi Mayor Arti Mehra paid glowing tributes to Swami Vivekananda at a function held on Panchkuian Road here on Saturday to mark the 144th birth anniversary of the philosopher-saint.

Ms. Mehra said Vivekananda symbolised the spirit of youth and his birthday was rightly observed as Youth Day: “He infused new energy into the youth through his teachings that continue to guide us.”
