TDP demands supply of fertilizer to ryots

VIZIANAGARAM: The Telugu Desam Party has asked Minister for Agriculture N. Raghuveera Reddy to find ways and means for supplying fertilizer and pesticides to farmers and save crops during the rabi season.

Addressing a press conference on Sunday, the party district president Yadla Ramana Murty attributed the shortage to the lopsided policies of the Union government and flayed the State government for dragging its feet on the issue on the plea that it was awaiting a reply to its appeal from the Centre.
