Festival offer for BSNL customers

PUDUCHERRY: The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Puducherry has introduced “Book PCO connection on phone” service as a festival offer.

A release from the BSNL office here said customers can dial 1950 or send SMS to the mobile number 9442513333 round the clock to book a PCO connection.

The Puducherry BSNL office has also introduced “weather information system” to its mobile customers.

Information would be provided for the customers who register for the facility.

Through SMS, information about weather condition, height of the waves, direction of wind, cyclone and tsunami warning would be provided for the customers, the press release from the BSNL added.
