CHANDIGARH: Haryana Finance, Excise and Taxation Minister Birender Singh will inaugurate a new sub-treasury at Mullana in Ambala district on January 23. An official spokesman said here on Monday that presently there are 21 district level treasuries and 82 sub-treasuries in the State. These maintain the accounts of receipts and payments relating to the Consolidated Fund.
