SIRSI: The eight-day Sri Marikamaba jaatre will be held from March 18 in Sirsi. This was decided at a meeting held on Sunday, according to the temple’s trust president D.H. Sanu. The president said the related religious work would begin 45 days before the jatra. At the meeting, speakers came up with several suggestions for the smooth conduct of the jaatre. — Correspondent
