HASSAN: A farmer Gowda Gowde committed suicide by consuming poison. According to the police, Gowda had taken a loan from a cooperative bank. He also had a loan of Rs. 2 lakh, which he had taken for his daughter’s marriage and was finding it difficult to clear it. On Monday, he consumed poison and he died in hospital on Wednesday.
