KOCHI: The United Forum of Bank Unions comprising AIBEA, AIBOC, NCBE, AIBOA, BEFI, INBEF, INBOC, NOBW and NOBO will observe a countrywide strike on January 25. The forum will also strike work on February 25 and 26, to be followed by an indefinite strike from the last week of March. Nearly 10 lakh employees, including officials of public and private sector banks, will participate in the strike raising various demands, V.J. Johny, convener of the State unit of the forum, said at a press conference.
