Biharsharif: A court here on Thursday sentenced five persons to life imprisonment in connection with a murder case in Nalanda district of Bihar. A fast track court headed by additional district and sessions judge Mohan Prasad awarded the sentence after finding them guilty of strangling to death Mahavir Gope at Kathhalpura village in 1983. Those awarded life imprisonment were Mahendra Gope, Dwarika Gope, Ballabh Gope, Suresh Gope and Jagdish.
