Puravankara to launch Rs. 1,200 cr. project

CHENNAI: Puravankara Projects, a leading real estate developer, is to launch its mega housing project ‘Purva Windermere’ at Pallikarnai, in Chennai with an estimated project cost of over Rs. 1,200 crore. Spread over 54 acres of land, the project — Purva Windermere — will have 2,072 units of 2 and 3 bedroom flats, says a release. — Corporate Reporter
