DEHRA DUN: At least 12 persons were killed and several injured in a series of mishaps in Uttarakhand during the past 24 hours. Five persons, including two children, were killed when a boulder fell on them near Pipalkoti. Four persons were killed and three injured when the jeep they were travelling in rolled down into a deep khud on the Nalikhal- Mahabgarh road in Yamkeshwar. Three persons were killed when a truck collided with a jeep on the Khatima-Panipat highway near Bajpur.
