CPI (M) is force to reckon with: Ramulu

Sangareddy: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) is determined to grow as the third alternative by the next elections.

Medak committee secretary Chukka Ramulu here on Thursday, said the time has arrived that the people of the district have to elect representatives from CPI (M) which has become a force to reckon with in the industrial belt and also with the poor and landless. Ramulu pointed out that the party has taken up Metukuseema Porubata, an 1144 kilometre walkathon for the overall development of the district. During the ‘Bhoo Poratam’ 4000 acres of land has been identified and distributed among landless poor.
