Refex to issue shares to TV18

CHENNAI: Refex Refrigerants at its extraordinary general meeting held recently, has approved the issue or 2.75 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 190 per share to Television Eighteen India and its associates. The company also plans to raise Rs. 200 crore through the issue of FCCB or global depository receipts, says a release. — Corporate Reporter
