Kavveri Telecom acquires Spotwave Wireless

CHENNAI: Kavveri Telecom Products has acquired Spotwave Wireless of the U.S and Canada for$7 million. This acquisition entitles Kavveri to the intellectual property, patents, trademarks, domain names and copyrights, technology, design and fixed assets, including inventory and goodwill. This acquisition enables Kavveri to provide solutions in bringing the outdoor signal inside for both commercial and residential locations. — Corporate Reporter
