Drains to be covered

NEW DELHI: Responding to a proposal by BJP councillor Rampal Singh Yadav, the MCD Standing Committee on Friday asked the Municipal Commissioner to look into the issue of covering and beautifying drains across the Capital and using them for parking purposes.
