65-year-old man killed by Blueline

NEW DELHI: A 65-year-old man was killed when the cycle-rickshaw he was riding was hit by a Blueline bus at a traffic intersection in Moti Nagar here on Friday.

Satya Singh along with his daughter-in-law Neelam was going to a dispensary in the cycle-rickshaw when the bus hit them.

He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead. Neelam suffered minor injuries.

The driver of the bus, plying between Uttam Nagar and Malka Ganj, is absconding. The vehicle has been impounded.
