Thiruvananthapuram
Thiruvananthapuram: A 31-year-old woman was killed and five persons were injured in three road accidents in the city on Friday. Prathiba J.R. of Thirumala was killed when an unidentified vehicle knocked her down near her house at around 1.30 p.m. Ratheesh and Deepthi of Karakulam were injured when the motorbike on which they were travelling rammed a roadside wall near Kilimanoor in the afternoon. Three others, Dinesh, Anil Kumar and Giri, were injured when the autorickshaw in which they were travelling collided with a tipper lorry at Attingal at 8.30 p.m. — Staff Reporter
