Two arrested for grabbing properties

NEW DELHI: A father-son duo has been arrested by the Delhi police for allegedly grabbing two properties using forged documents.

According to the police, Balram Singh (62) and R.K. Singh (40) approached one Praveen Gupta posing as chief reporters of leading newspapers and took one of his houses in Badapur on rent. Later the accused took possession of the house and another property of the complainant using forged documents, the police said.

During interrogation, R.K. Singh purportedly told the police that he along with his father posed as reporters and cheated people.
