Syrian Deputy PM visits Metro

NEW DELHI: The Syrian Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Dardari, visited the Delhi Metro railway on Thursday.

Syria has sought Delhi Metro Rail Corporation’s assistance in analysing the feasibility report for a metro system in Damascus.

The Syrian Government also wants to collaborate with DMRC to understand its project implementation strategy and management techniques because of which the Delhi Metro project was completed before time and within budget.
