Dharna against jowar price rise

GULBARGA: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) on Saturday said that the increase in the prices of jowar had made the commodity beyond the reach of the poor.

Party workers, led by district secretary Bhimshetty Yempalli, staged a dharna in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s office and sought the State Government’s intervention in the issue .
