Spotlight on women’s empowerment

NEW DELHI: A three-day deliberation on “Women empowerment and girls’ education” began in the Capital on Saturday.

It is being attended by over 150 women from nine States.

Organised by Mahila Samkhya, the event intends to “create a timely interface between the community of women and adolescent girls and planners and government officials”.
