DK plans meeting on Sethu project

CHENNAI: The Dravida Kazhagam will hold a public meeting at Ramanathapuram to impress upon the Centre to complete the Sethusamudram Ship Channel Project (SSCP) expeditiously and also clear the doubts about it. It will be presided over by Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi.

DK president K. Veeramani, in a press statement, said the decision to organise the meeting was taken at a protection committee meeting on Friday. — Special Correspondent
