PATIALA: All theatre groups under the umbrella of Punjab Theatre Forum including National Theatre Arts Society have appealed to Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal to provide financial help for medical treatment of theatre personality Ajmer Singh Aulakh who is recuperating in a Delhi hospital. A number of art and literary personalities in the State have urged Mr. Badal to release an ad hoc grant from his discretionary fund for Mr. Aulakh’s treatment. They have urged him to direct the State’s Resident Commissioner in New Delhi to ensure assistance for Mr. Aulakh.
