Countdown begins for Kurukshetra

Staff Reporter

CHENNAI: Kurukshetra, the multi-disciplinary techno-management festival organised by students of the College of Engineering, Anna University, has received over 5,000 online registrations from participants representing about 400 colleges.

The countdown has begun for the four-day festival beginning January 22. Apart from a contest in robotics, there are programming contests and competitions on debugging, titled ‘Hacking: Error 404’.

Several workshops have been lined up for the event in automobiles, stocks and shares, and entrepreneurship.

Organisers of the festival say the event is a platform for companies to witness students’ real time solutions and see them as prospective employees.

Kurukshetra will also have workshops seeking to provide a hands-on experience to participants.
