Workshop on globalisation on January 24

Thiruvananthapuram: Santhigramam, a non profit organisation, will hold a State-level workshop on the impact of globalisation on the rural poor at Santhi Gramam Conference, Hall, Chappath, Vizhinjam on January 24, 2008.

Eric Toussaint, member of the committee for the abolition of third world debt, Belgium, will be the chief resource person at the workshop, according to a press release issued here
