Scheduled Castes convention

NEW DELHI: Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president J. P. Agarwal on Saturday said the members of the Scheduled Castes were solidly behind the Congress and he was confident that they would help the party in retaining power in the next Delhi Assembly polls.

Addressing an SC convention here, he said the Delhi Government had been initiating various schemes over a period of time for the welfare and benefit of the SCs.
