ALAPPUZHA: The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has requested all land-line and mobile customers who have pending bills to pay the defaulted amounts before February 15 to avoid legal procedures. In a statement here, BSNL Alappuzha general manager M. Haridasan said those who were ready to pay the arrears would be avoided from levy of fines and other charges. Those who had their telephone service disconnected would also have the rentals waived off for the disconnected period and the connections restored as well, he said. However, customers who fail to shell out the arrears would face legal procedures including revenue recovery. Further details are available over telephone number 0477-2237744.
