CPI resumes land stir

HYDERABAD: The CPI State council on Sunday resumed its land struggle in different parts of the State. In Hyderabad, CPI activists led by party MP Azeez Pasha put up tents on vacant Government lands in New Hafeezpet area. Land struggle was organised in Krishna district too where the party activists took “possession” of 1,300 acres of land in Parvathapuram village of Mylavaram constituency. –Special Correspondent
