Thirty-two members of the Kashmir Legislative Assembly, in a joint statement, have pledged their full support to the Kashmir Premier, Bakshi Ghulam Mohammed and condemned utterances of Sheikh Abdullah, which they said, “were an attempt to break the solidarity and unity of the people of the State.” The State’s accession to India, the statement said, was final and no power on earth could now separate the State from India.
