KOCHI: India has a world-class capital market system — the integrity of which is assured — and investors can look forward to the safety assured by such a system, said A. P. Kurian, Chairman of the Association of Mutual Funds of India, here on Sunday. He was inaugurating a seminar on ‘Key to fruitful investment’ organised by Rotary Cochin Central. He said that the Indian stock market had adopted the best technology and that with world-class market surveillance, it was safe for the investors to participate in the market. The objective of Sunday’s seminar was to create awareness about the new opportunities in the stock market and various avenues of investment.
