Manikandan hit an unbeaten 87 as Muthoot-Ernakulam CC defeated Swantons CC by four wickets in the SRK Group-Ernakulam District ‘A’ division cricket league at the Tripunithura Palace Oval on Sunday. The scores: Swantons CC 238 for nine in 45 overs (Sebastian Antony 56, Arvind Varma 39) lost to Muthoot-Ernakulam CC 241 for six in 36 overs (Madan Pradeep 45, P.V. Manikandan 87 n.o., Sinu Raj 35, Sreejith four for 90). Saturday’s match: Scorpions CC (Tripunithura) 111 in 28.4 overs (V.S.
