Perth victory: Pawar’s pat for Indian team

MUMBAI: BCCI President Sharad Pawar has congratulated the Indian team for its victory over Australia in the third Test at Perth.

In his message, Mr. Pawar said: “On behalf of the cricket-loving people of India and the BCCI, I extend my heartiest congratulations to Team India, led by Anil Kumble, for their emphatic win over Australia at Perth. “It was a great team effort with each member contributing to the win, particularly the efforts of the young and inexperienced pace attack is laudable.
