KOCHI: The governance in the State has come to a standstill for the last two months as CPI(M) leaders are engaged in a battle for supremacy in the party, KPCC general secretary M.I. Shanavas has said. He was speaking after inaugurating a joint conference of the Kerala State Head Load and General Workers Federation affiliated to the INTUC. Federation State general secretary K.P.
