Panel seeks suggestions on law reforms

KOCHI: Chairman of Law Reforms Commission, Kerala, and former judge of the Supreme Court V.R. Krishna Iyer has appealed to the public to play an active role in reforming the laws governing the people of Kerala.

The Law Reforms Commission aims to ensure that the laws are simple, easily understandable by the common people and precise and such as to ensure speedy implementation, said Mr. Iyer in a statement here on Monday.

He said suggestions and ideas can be sent to the Law Reforms Commission-Kerala, ‘Stgamaya’ (Annexe), CL Anand Lane, M.G. Road, Ernakulam, Kochi-682 011.
