Pacts inked: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh with his British counterpart, Gordon Brown, before signing an agreement on mutual cooperation in the scientific arena in New Delhi on Monday. Mr. Brown said he hoped companies from both countries would finalise business worth £10 billion in the near future.
