BHUBANESWAR: Celebrating creativity in promising poets, ’Udaya Raga’ - a festival of young Oriya poets - would be hosted by the city-based cultural organisation Orissa Samskruti Academy at Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan auditorium here on Sunday. "Saraswati Samman awardee New Delhi-based noted poet Jagannath Prasad Das inspired and guided us to host this event and he would have the key-note address as a preludel", Academy chairperson Kedar Mishra said. The event gives a platform for writers with a distinct voice.
