Red-letter day

The successful placing in orbit of Israeli satellite Tecsar by India’s PSLV-C10 on Monday is another red letter day in our space history. On a day when the sensex witnessed a bad day, the successful launch from Sriharikota is a good thing. The fact that we have grown beyond self-sufficiency in space science is a very promising aspect.

S. Lakshmi Priya,
