Hunger strike

The Gulabitota House Owners Association is organising a one-day hunger strike at Gulabitota main road in protest against the Building Penalisation Scheme and GO 901 of the State Government. The association threatened to intensify their agitation if the Government did not withdraw the GO and stop penalising the building owners.
