Nepal police posts attacked

KATHMANDU: An unidentified armed group attacked three isolated police posts in the remote areas of Khotang district in Nepal on Monday and Tuesday morning.

A group of four dozen persons attacked the Faktang police post around 6 p.m. on Monday, Chisapani police post at around midnight and the Devisthan post at about 5 a.m. on Tuesday morning. The looters made off with seven .303 rifles, two guns and dozens of rounds of ammunition.
