Consultant beaten up

NEW DELHI: In what appears to be yet another case of road rage, a young man and his two friends allegedly beat up an export consultant and smashed the windscreen of his car following an accident at Kalkji here on Monday night. The accused, Rahul Bhasin, was subsequently arrested and later let off on bail.
According to the police, Nagesh was on his way back home when his car collided with a speeding Santro coming from the opposite direction in which Rahul and his friends were returning home from a temple.
The bonnets of both the cars were crushed in the accident. Nagesh and Rahul traded charges and an altercation ensued. Rahul then allegedly beat up Nagesh and smashed the windscreen of his car with a stone.
