On a platter: dosa’s different delights

How many types of dosas you have come across? How about tasting 27 types of dosas? Dosa Plaza, the spicy South Indian cuisine food chain has come up with its 27 trademarked dosas in Kozhikode.

The plaza opened an outlet at the food court in Focus Mall in the city on Wednesday.

Dosas include American Chopsuey Dosa, Schezwan Dosa, American Delight Dosa, Chinese Delight Dosa, Paneer Salad Dosa, Mexican Roast Dosa, Salad Roast Dosa, and even Manchurian Idli.

A four-foot long crispy dosa is exhibited at the Dosa Plaza. Customers can order this type of dosa which comes in two varieties.

If you are not interested in fusion dosas go for the traditional south Indian dosas and special Jain dosas and sambhar. Ram Nivas Sahi, head (operations), Club City, a multi-speciality food court and food management solution provider under which the brand Dosa Plaza comes, says Doza Plaza has come up with spicy dosas which is expected to become a favourite among the city dwellers here. This is the second outlet of Dosa Plaza in South India and the first in the State.
