CPI district meet from January 27

KASARAGOD: The district conference of the Communist Party of India (CPI) would be held at Uppala here from January 27 to 29, party district secretary K.V. Krishnan has informed. At a press conference here, Mr. Krishnan said a rally by would be held at Uppala on January 27 at 4 p.m.

A red volunteer march would precede the rally. The march and rally would begin from Uppala railway gate and would end at Aila ground.

A public meeting would be held at the Aila ground. CPI national executive member Panniyan Ravindran would inaugurate the public meeting.
